Mental wellness is the outcome of all the little things you consistently do to nourish and look after yourself. Moon Turtle helps to identify the patterns of thoughts, feelings and behaviours that aren’t serving you, and focus your efforts on those that do.

The whole concept behind this is so good! What I like best about this is that it's such a simple tool, with the potential to be super effective, and because you guys are New Zealanders, the language/the way it's written, is more relatable!
Moon Turtle journals are a manageable, one-page a day check-in that you can easily flick back to see how things went a few days earlier. The info on the back with sites and numbers, if needed will be heaps helpful for those who need it, too!

I use it night and morning! If I miss a night or morning, I don’t feel guilty or annoyed, I just go on to the next page.
This journal is just simple and detailed enough to be extremely helpful and not burdensome. So far it’s been great.
